Big size and spotless rooms, perfect place overall!

Met every demand, totally recommend. Lovely 8 night stay. Nice and unbeatable location next to bus station by hosts, bars restaurants and the main center and the airport shuttle. Nice surrounding, set close to the beach

In general, it's perfect place for staying in Split. Offers comfy beds and fairly good bedroom.

Perfect bedroom for couples with internet connectivity to enjoy Netflix. Conveniently located, just a short walk to the city center and the beach.

We had a fantastic stay at Apartments Ursic! The flat was cozy with a huge, comfortable bed. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen had all the facilities we needed for cooking. The highlight was the beautiful garden, meticulously looked after, and the friendly peacocks roaming around. We also appreciated the convenience of free private car parking. Marica, our host, welcomed us warmly with cold beers and a big smile. She was a great and sweet host. our experience was excellent and we highly recommend Apartments Ursic.

The apartment had a double bed, kitchen, and bathroom. the property was clean with parking available. the location was great, just a 10-minute walk to downtown Split. the neighborhood felt safe, and there were wild peacocks nearby, which was entertaining. the host, Marica, was welcoming and accommodating.

The value for the money was really good! The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, within walking distance to old town, shops, and parks. The staff treated us like family, providing a warm welcome with complimentary drinks and a helpful map of the area. Maria, the host, was kind, accommodating, and were great too ensure our stay was enjoyable. The presence of wild peacocks added a unique and good touch to our experience.

Breakfast items could have been more varied, but the overall experience made up for it.

Really good hospitality! The host were really nice, helping us with a parking ticket and providing great recommendations. The apartment had everything we needed in the kitchen, including bowls, plates, cutlery, and basic cooking ingredients. The bathroom was excellent, with plenty of towels and instant hot water. The bedroom was perfect for couples, and we even enjoyed streaming Netflix on the TV using the internet cable.

Prime location with easy access to a large fortress nearby. , being close to the harbour was a great perk! 🏰

This place is a great option for staying in a central location, just a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
